Use YEPIC with your team
Add an unlimited number of people to your jobs, giving them Full or Basic access.
If you want to consolidate your team's information in one place, a single YEPIC Plus subscription is sufficient. But if you want to enable your team to collaborate and work together within Yepic, you have the choice to upgrade them as well.
Here's how it works
You can add both regular YEPIC users and YEPIC Plus users with Basic access. But if you want them to have Full access, they need to subscribe to YEPIC Plus. You can choose to cover the cost of their upgrade or let them pay for it themselves. With Full access, they can view and edit not only their own job details but also those of other team members. On the other hand, with Basic access, they can only view and edit their own job details. Regardless of their access level, you will be able to see and edit everything from everyone you add.
Access Levels Explained:
Basic access (For anyone)
- Add visits, photos, videos, notes and tasks
Full access (Requires YEPIC Plus)
- Add visits, photos, videos, notes and tasks
- View and edit everyone’s photos, videos, notes and tasks (excluding timesheets)
- Add and remove people
With a YEPIC Plus subscription, your team members can also:
- Create the job themselves (Save’s you having to do it!)
- Add videos as well as photos
- Access their account with cross-device access
